training to keep them current in essential boat maintenance and repair certifications.
Service Manager Mike Brown has served thousands of customers since joining Surfside 3 more than 2 decades ago. Under his direction, Surfside's service department has become recognized as one of the most efficient, skilled boat service departments in the New York area.
Warranties
Surfside 3 is one of the very few boat dealers with a dedicated warranty specialist. Our specialist reviews the warranty with boat owners and outlines its terms before a craft is delivered. Warranty oversight also ensures that an agreement is upheld in the event of services required during the warranty period.
And while all boat engines are sold by Surfside 3 with a standard factory warranty, Surfside also sells extended warranty programs for all engines.
Certifications
Surfside 3 is proud to be a certified Ambassador Dealer, a status only bestowed upon the most highly qualified Sea Ray dealers. This rigorous certification process requires that a Sea Ray dealer annually meet stringent requirements and adhere to the Sea Ray's standard of excellence for sales and service.
Both of Surfside's Westhampton and Mattituck locations employ factory certified Premier Mercruiser/Mercury mechanics, who provide a detailed analysis of engine concerns for Surfside customers.
